       Hunan Hudian covers an area of 41900 square meters, with 12100 square meters of electric porcelain production workshop, 14000 square meters of electric workshop, 2000 square meters of R & D center and 1500 square meters of experimental center.

There are more than 180 sets of various production and testing equipments such as automatic spinning machines, 216 cubic meters of automatic control kilns, steam curing equipment and 500 vacuum mud mixers, forming an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons of high-strength insulators and 10,000 sets of high and low voltage complete power distribution equipment.

   The high-strength line porcelain insulator production lines that have been fully put into operation since 2019, with an annual production capacity of 8000 tons, mainly provide supporting services for China's power grid transmission and transformation system, high-voltage electrical equipment and power stations. Products are expected to account for more than 10% of the domestic market share in the future. The company independently developed high-strength line post porcelain insulator products by using ultra-fine powder technology, special glaze formula, special glaze addition and other technologies and methods which reached the domestic leading level and having the advantages of high strength, high toughness, strong weather resistance and glaze layer self-cleaning. Focusing on the production and application technology of core products, the company has obtained 6 national invention patents and 14 utility models in recent years. In the outstanding project of the new materials industry in Hunan Province in 2020, the company was selected to participate in the 9th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and won the National Excellent Project Award.
